When researching psychoactives of various breeds, objectivity is few and far between. Erowid does an excellent job providing every perspective on each drug with articulate "experience vaults" - the euphoric, the neutral, and the depths of emotional hell. I've been an Erowid database user for over a decade now, am a medical student, and am always happy to meet others who also know of this resource. As future physicians it is endlessly useful to know what our patients are up to, what their experiences might be like with substances we're unfamiliar with, and what potential for abuse/dependency/health risk they may have. I will, for as long as it exists as it does now, recommend Erowid to anyone curious about the taboo (and thus unnecessarily unsafe) world of psychoactives.
