Any group that spreads falsehoods in order to perpetuate its views is pretty worthless in my estimation. This group uses shock photos of greyhound racing atrocities that are either decades old, predating most animal cruelty laws, or that originate outside the USA where there are no such laws. They allow the public to think their funds are going directly to help find homes for greyhounds, when in fact, none of the money goes for this purpose. Lots of money, however, goes toward salaries for its board members. Give this one a miss and give your donations to a group that prefers finding homes for hounds over lining their pockets.

I got my first greyhound from APFUG in New Mexico. I was so impressed by the commitment of the volunteers, and the concern for the well being of the dogs above all else, I began to volunteer. All three of my greyhounds have been APFUG hounds.
