The vindictive review by http://greatnonprofits.org/users/profile/8579 / MyWikiBiz is to be disregarded as part of a vendetta-motivated attack by a disreputable biz - a scammer. Google MyWikiBiz for more info. E.g. http://www.nbcnews.com/id/16793247/ns/technology_and_science-tech_and_gadgets/t/idea-paid-entries-roils-wikipedia/

At http://www.herpes.org/support-herpes-org/ I see they list Snake Oil (Homeopathy) vendor "Forces of Nature" as "A Trusted Partner".
They aren't trustworthy, so I think neither is this 501c3 a trustworthy information source. See, e.g.:

Review for Ecopolitan Eco-Health Community / University of Natural Medicine, Santa Fe, NM, USA

Rating: 1 stars

Crooked business run by a crook named Adiel Tel-Oren who CLAIMS TO BE a medical doctor.

However, he has surrendered his medical license, because he had sex with a patient, among many other transgressions, and is merely licensed as a nutritionist now. (See http://web.archive.org/web/20120227085216/http://www.mn-chiroboard.state.mn.us/Orders/SO%20Tel-Oren,%20Adiel%2009%2004%2009.pdf )

Read about him in the article entitled "Health Ministry warns public against ‘imposter’ posing as physician:
Ministry seeking more information on unlicensed medical practitioner in Israel, Adiel Tel-Oren." Find it here: http://www.jpost.com/Health-and-Science/Health-Ministry-warns-public-against-imposter-posing-as-physician-353113

He raises money through a variety of schemes. www.nepali-children.org is the site of the 'charity' that supposedly gets all the proceeds from the medical work he provides.
But he also claims to be President Emeritus & Professor of Nutrition and Functional Medicine at the University Of Natural Medicine
But both of these organizations share the same IRS-assigned EIN.
It's presented as a charity that he raises funds for... and yet money he raises and "donates" actually goes to a school that he seems to run as well - and elsewhere he shows off his titles at that 'school' as if they're impressive credentials.

To Health-Minded Individuals and Scientists Who Know better Than To Believe Everything They See In the Media or Promoted by the "Health Authorities" (FDA, Health Ministry, Medical-Industrial Complex, Disease Industry, Pushers of Ineffective or Dangerous Flu-Vaccines, Water-Fluoridation, Mercury-Amalgam Fillings, GMO Foods, Big Pharma...): If you look at the large Israeli headlines of May 2014, representing a "witch hunt," please also read the small print at the very bottom of the Jerusalem Post article, where my brief response was posted when the Newspaper feared a law suit for slandering me. The journalist simply created a story based on the Health Ministry's pre-prepared "announcement" (fabricated BEFORE any investigation was done!!), hence the article's many inaccuracies: I was NOT indicted or incarcerated, there was just a "suspicion under investigation" - and I was not even prohibited from continuing my work with patients!! I have been free to travel out of Israel since all that happened (traveled to the USA three times already since that May visit), and kept working and lecturing in both countries. My formulas are not "dangerous to the public" - or the Israeli doctors I have trained wouldn't be using them to treat the public as they still do!! This is a farce! The ministry has never proven anything, just made headlines to discredit and harm me, as establishments often do when threatened (what happened to "being innocent until PROVEN guilty in a court of law"?). Journalists should not be allowed to become judges - and anyone who quotes them or spreads their slanderous lies is in effect destroying basic human-rights principles. Thus, the Ministry's announcement does not match the reality... and when this is all done, I'll successfully sue the Newspaper and the Israeli Ministry of Health for defamation. My credentials speak for themselves, and are available to anyone who inquires. I am an educated physician (regardless of license status) with two official, formally-awarded doctorates (DC and MD), and I'm proud of the fact that I have no Israeli MD license: I practice functional medicine, which is the only form of holistic medicine that is science based and practiced by 50,000 medical doctors and therapists in the USA (including many of my own students). I brought functional medicine to Israel in 2002 (creating a non-profit institute at my own expense to educate the public) because of insufficient science in both orthodox (allopathic) medicine and natural medicine. Functional medicine exposes the terrible lack of PURE science in allopathic medicine (which represents the powerful monopoly of the drug and chemical industries and the medical authorities and medical schools who get financed by them) - and therefore it is a real threat to the establishment. The fact that so many medical physicians have been trained by me proves that THEY SEE ME as a medical authority. They no longer want to be associated with the allopathic medical model sponsored by the establishment - which offers the most expensive treatments that don't really work long-term and have no valid (unbiased) scientific support, besides being the most dangerous to the patient (the number one cause of death and acute morbidity in Western society is the allopathic system managed by drug companies, hospitals, and medical doctors - that's why they need a "license to kill" - with impunity...). It is easy to prove that I'm not an imposter: I never told ANYONE in Israel or the USA that I am a licensed MD there. The Israeli Health Ministry is just making this up, since that's the ONLY way they can justify a "public warning" - for the purpose of eliminating competition. My clinics' advertisements and Hebrew FB Page posts PRECEDING this Ministry's "warning" demonstrate that I have always disclosed the truth that I am NOT licensed to practice in Israel as a physician, and that my MD license is European. As a holistic foreign physician and as a holistic Board-Certified Clinical Nutritionist I'm not under the Israeli Health Ministry's jurisdiction. Therefore they use the term "imposter" without basis - they have simply invented it to discredit me publicly. They are so threatened by my popularity with numerous Israeli MD's and holistic and nutritional practitioners who attend my lectures, and by my hugely popular Hebrew seminars and videos on YouTube, where I CASTIGATE and expose the public medical system and tell the truth about many effective holistic practices that replace it. The establishment wouldn't have bothered unless I have made a big impact already - that is why they are trying to destroy my reputation, publishing "conclusions" even before they have done any investigation... The holistic-minded independent thinkers of Israel have come to my support in great numbers as a result of this media exposure, and the entire affair will turn out for the best when this is all over. As some of my colleagues in the USA say - "the only holistic doctors who are persecuted by the establishment are the SUCCESSFUL ONES who make a real difference and create a big dent in the profits of the medical industry." Indeed, I have helped TENS OF THOUSANDS avoid surgery and skin cancer in Israel (with the assistance of the Israeli-licensed MD's that I have trained) when the doctors licensed by the health ministry couldn't help them. Can you imagine how much public suffering and wasted money were avoided, while the surgeons and hospitals and drug companies lost their income, and while the ministry of health was put to shame by my lectures - viewed by 10's of thousands of Israelis - exposing its public health blunders? This is also the case in the USA, with many local physicians who have been trained by me and are still learning my methods (they - thanks to their scientific and medical background - obviously don't feel that I'm an imposter...) Throughout history, pioneers and innovators in every field have challenged the conventional wisdom (=ignorance) of the day, and if they became visible and successful they were persecuted by the establishment that they have criticized, just to be vindicated and get treated as "heroes" many years later. But they had to fight ridicule and malice for what they knew and believed and practiced. Today we look at those medical pioneers as the "fathers of medicine"... But history repeats itself, some people never learn (or can't learn, if they're trapped mentally in the establishment and its media)! Therefore, being targeted by the establishment is a big compliment... The police "raid" on my Tel-Aviv clinic (one of 35 skin lesion clinics operated by me and my trained Israeli MD's) was similar to the FDA's raids on effective holistic doctors in the USA (Jonathan Wright MD is an example) who refused to practice "standard medicine" because of the many problems, ignorance, malfeasance, and conflicts of interests that have plagued orthodox medicine in this country. I see this persecution as a big compliment and as an indication that what I do and preach actually WORKS. It's an honor to be persecuted by the failing "health" system - which has a reason to worry whenever I go on stage and tell the truth about the criminal activities of the FDA and the drug corporations, which control the medical journals and medical schools - turning most medical doctors into "drug-pushing clerks of Big Pharma" who are afraid to think for themselves. Experienced, discerning, educated, and street-smart readers know better than to believe anything posted on newspapers - especially if it's representing the biased establishment. I am receiving overwhelming support from my audience in Israel, 1000's of educated people, including medical and health professionals know enough about the system and therefore they don't trust the medical-political-industrial establishment. I have new exciting lectures and products coming up, in addition to the world's healthiest salt. All these products will support Ecopolitan's 20,000 children in Nepal and help grow our protective network to 100,000 children within 5 -6 years, helping stop child trafficking and ending caste prejudice (and demonstrating to the West what can be achieved with regard to childhood health and wellness, on a minimal budget...). Sincerely, Dr. T

I've had a guidestar login for years. I wanted to write a review, and the process was horribly convoluted, and counterintuitive. It took 4 tries. I suggest the staff try to do the same with a new account, and experience it for themselves.

Review for Full Gospel Mission Ministries Inc, Hayward, CA, USA

Rating: 1 stars

I got a neon green solicitation postcard last week (it's December 2011) that says, "Your gift is tax deductible. Hayward FULL GOSPEL MISSION MINISTRIES is a Registered 501(c)(3) charity in California" But this isn't true. Their 501(c)(3) status has been revoked, as this site details. It was sent via the USPS and says Nonprofit Org US Postage PAID HFGT, and I bet that's not legal.
