My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Turpentine Creek Foundation Inc, Eureka Springs, AR, USA
My spouse and I visited this rescue facility in Arkansas during summer of 2011. We actually spent parts of 2 consecutive days there since they have a small RV campground adjacent to their fenced area (which makes for a unique camping experience). It seemed to be well run, and the financials on file here indicate that salaries to the key people are quite low.

What would you tell others about this organization?
although there appear to be many facilities like this throughout the country, this is one that we now have pesonal experience with and were satisfied that they're carrying out their mission of rescurring/supporting large wild animals that were abused &/or found themselves 'homeless' due to growing too big, other facilities losing their permits, broken homes, etc.
