I have experienced the results of this organization by volunteering at the clinic and meeting some of the patients in the Eligibility Office. As people would apply and renew their membership to the clinic, I would hear positive feedback from the patients first hand as to how the organization enabled them to be healthy again. Many patients had limited or no access to health care due to financial means, and thus had foregone health care treatment and preventative care.

If I had to make changes to the organization I would only do so in updating their computer hardware. They are in need of updated computers and database management systems. However, the organization is structurally very sound and is incredibly well managed.
