weSPARK Cancer Support Center
July 31, 2009

I am the Founder of My Bridge 4 Life and and about to launch this community network for patient and caregiver/supporters. We have piloted this program at weSPARK. The future thinking vision of the center and willingness to blend health 2.0 enabling technologies with world class traditional support group work makes it a one of kind organization in my book!

The Great!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

blending warm loving care with health 2.0 technology.

Ways to make it better...

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

bring more up to date research technology into the rooms and sessions (even though its not warm and fuzzy) but I'm a geek.

More feedback

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the dedication and caring of its staff which motivates the patients and caregivers there hugely!

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

caring, smart, tireless, eager to learn anything that might help their community.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

better the lives of 10's of millions!

Ways to make it better...

we had been able to break into multiple smaller groups rather than all be in one large room (next time we'll know better).

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

location, parking, economic challenges of its community

One thing I'd also say is that...

parking on Ventura Blvd. is a challenge...

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

2009
