The San Juan Shootists Cowboy Fast Draw club is a LLC (Limited Liability Company) established in Pagosa Springs, Colorado in May of 2009. We are an IRS recognized 501(c) 7 non profit organization. We are a Cowboy Fast Draw Association affiliated club.
Please visit the Cowboy Fast Draw
Association website for more information on Cowboy Fast Draw.

2010 was an exciting year for the San Juan Shootists. Our club had good membership growth as we introduced Cowboy Fast Draw to the folks in the four corners area and we had exciting matches with new shooters becoming more and more competitive as the season went on. The club raised and donated over $1000 for local and national charities during the year and we look forward to more of the same in 2011!

Our Credo:
The San Juan Shootists and Cowboy Fast Draw are about "safety first and fun second." It's about handshakes, camaraderie, a man's word, morality and friendship, fair play and honest competition. Our motto is "The Cowboy Way in action and deed". it requires no explanation.

Our Mission:
To be a community service organization and club that will promote and teach safe and responsible firearms handling. To promote an Amateur and Professional sport based on the Romance and Legend of the Old West. A friendly sport that teaches and promotes Courtesy, Integrity, Sportsmanship, and the Cowboy Way.
