Target demographics: Driven entrepreneurs in conflict-affected countries who believe sustainable employment is the best vehicle of hope to reduce the likelihood of violent conflict within or between communities.
Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: Review applications to our program; find U.S. experts to match with Afghan, Rwandan and Salvadoran entrepreneurs; reach out to your networks to contribute to Bpeace on a web page we create for you.

Mission:
Bpeace is a non-profit network of business professionals. We volunteer skills to entrepreneurs in conflict-affected countries to help them create significant employment for all, and expand the economic power of women.
We believe creating jobs creates peace.
Our goal is to create one million jobs across 1,000 communities. Every one of those jobs, entrepreneurs, and communities becomes a beacon of hope. In each community these businesspeople become role models and strong voices for peace.

Results:
More than 1,570 jobs created supporting more than 10,540 Afghans and Rwandans.
