ACS is a fantastically innovative non-profit that uses ideas from conservation ecology, microfinance, and community engagement to protect natural resources while improving the lives of the communities that depend on those natural resources.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Their innovative approach to a complicated problem: how do you conserve a natural resource while improving the lives of those who use that natural resource?

Excellent organization in both goal and function. ACS is advocating unique Solar programs that are self sustaining and financially responsible.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Their ability to deliver their plan, not just talk about it.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Approach elected officials with more vigor.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

The leadership team is selfless and so welcoming of input to better their efforts.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Friendly, engaging, caring, dedicated

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Change the way energy is delivered to US consumers, and then the world.

Ways to make it better...

More government officials would pay heed to their message.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Environmental worries over installations harming certain species - though I believe most are unfounded.

One thing I'd also say is that...

Viability matters, and ACS has shown, in many ways, they offer realistic solutions to some of the problems facing us today.
