Mission: The Wilmington Education Fund was organized in 1998 by parents and taxpayers who were concerned about the effect that the Vermont statewide property tax would have on the public school system and on taxpayers. Our efforts are focused on raising funds through contributions to match the Freeman Foundation grant we have been awarded. The purpose is to maintain the educational quality of the public schools.
