To provide stability to youth who present themselves as homeless. This will be accomplished through the immediate provision of coordinated services; reunification of families where appropriate; the provision of supervised emergency and transitional housing with the goal of personal responsibility and self-sufficiency.
Since December 2003, The Emergency Shelter has provided over 10,000 bed nights to over 650 homeless youth. The Transitional Living Program which opened July 2010 has had four residents so far.
