workforce development-assist people in achieving economic self-reliance through employment and training. Our workforce center provides opportunities for minimal and no-cost job training to empower people from low-income situations and help them learn the language of self-sufficiency.
housing and economic development-empower all people in attaining economic self-sufficiency, an improved standard of living and eradicating barriers to equality. Our housing center offers landlord-tenant and housing law counseling and classes on home-buying, credit, financing and refinancing.
