As a parent of a child with cerebral palsy,I am greatly disappointed in this organization. Over the years we have attempted to contact this organization via phone & email only to never have received any kind of response. We tried again a few months ago when we applied for a grant that this oraganization supposedly gives out to disabled individuals & their families for a computed device for our daughter. We took the time to fill out a lenghty application & provided all the additional paperwork as requested in the application. We have not heard ONE word! Not even acknowledgement that it was received. I don't know about other UCPs across the country, but this one certainly does not live up to its mission. Very, very sad for a program supposedly out there to help the disabled.
