THE UNISYS SUPPLEMENTAL UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS PLAN TRUST (THE "TRUST") FORMS A PART OF THE UNISYS SUPPLEMENTAL UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS PLAN (THE "PLAN") IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 501(C)(17) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"). THE ACTIVITY OF THE TRUST INCLUDES RECEIVING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM UNISYS CORPORATION (AS PLAN SPONSOR) AND PAYING SUPPLEMENTAL UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE PLAN.
