Programs: Programs 1. Mental Health and Support services provide individual counseling, support groups and peer counseling designed to build emotional support systems, reduce isolation, improve coping ability and teach techniques for handing complex emotions, physical trauma, and reduce fear. 2. Complementary Therapies are services such as acupuncture, massage, chiropractic and physical conditioning that complement ad augment traditional medical treatment. Complementary therapies are available to HIV/AIDS, Cancer, and Hepatitis C clients 3. Community Services & Outreach programs focus on bringing out-of-care HIV positive individuals into primary medical care, improving the treatment knowledge of individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and working with treatment personnel and case managers to improve adherence to the recommended course of treatment. Community and Outreach services include the following programs: 4. HIV/AIDS Prevention are directed towards men and women of color at high risk of contracting HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. The 3MV program (Many Men Many Voices) provides group training and weekend retreats that address behavioral influence factors specific to African American gay and social influences of racism and homophobia.
