Direct beneficiaries per year: Approximately 7,200 unduplicated over the past year.
Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: Help out with basic office duties such as stamping envelopes, filing, or putting labels on mail pieces.
Programs: Three housing programs in two youth shelters, where young people without a home can also bring their children. A 38-foot, specially outfitted Health Outreach Bus that makes scheduled stops to six Chicago neighborhoods, rain or shine. A Youth Outreach Team that visits two neighborhoods, providing food, hygiene kits, and referrals.
