It is the agency's goal to afford people we serve a setting and the mechanisms to diminish those mal adaptive traits which have been obstacles to full participation in community living. We fully subscribe to the proposition that all developmentally disabled persons shall live quality lives which are full, fruitful and within a framework of fellowship with others.
