While Speech-to-Speech provides telephone access for Americans with speech disabilities, only 1% of prospective users know of STS. Our goal is for all Americans with speech disabilities to know about Speech-to-Speech.

In assisting Dr. Bob Segalman, Ph.D., I learned of the existence of Speech Communication Assistance By Telephone, Inc. (SCT) and the Speech-to-Speech (STS) service.
