Mission: It is the mission of railbelt mental health and addictions to provide education, support, outpatient services, and continuing care programs for individuals with substance abuse, mental health, or co-occuring issues through community, group, individual contact and referral.

rural human service system program: two year 32 credit course for alaska village-based human service providers or providers who work in rural alaska or with alaska natives. It also provides a path to 2 and 4 year degree programs.
