The Library serves the needs of the New London community by providing free access to a diversity of ideas and information through a variety of library materials, services, and experiences. The Library features current, high-demand and high-interest materials in a variety of formats. At the same time, the Library assists those in educational programs and serves as a gateway to learning for children.
