Programs: General membership services - as the chief advocate for non-profit long-term care facility-based and community service providers, and the people they serve in pennsylvania, leadingage pa represents providers and the people they serve, as well as the concerns and interests of its members before the state legislature and regulatory agencies. Through communicating with public hearings and participating on advisory panels and governmental task forces, leadingage pa helps ensure that its membership receives the attention needed to continue the delivery of quality care and services for the aging. Through leadingage pa's committee and task force structure, members participate in the process of policy formulation for the association.
education and other related programs - leadingage pa represents over 360 non-profit facilities and agencies, which provide nursing, personal care, housing and home and community-based services to over 65,000 elderly pennsylvanians and those with disabilities. Leadingage pa's membership also includes over 200 businesses and associate members who have an interest in long-term care, housing and services.
