Reviews for Opportunities For The Disabled Foundation

Rating: 5 stars

Our mission is to help people with physical disabilities live more fulfilling and independent lives.

Our community supported programs address the critical issues of mobility, and to directly assist physically challenged individuals in acquiring their special needs equipment which is often not affordable, or readily available to them. We accomplish our mission with our public awareness program, and our recycling programs for special needs medical and computer equipment items, in conjunction with the annual production and distribution of our Disability Resources Guide.©

Opportunities for the Disabled staff and volunteers work hard in our communities to help the physically challenged with our recycling program initiatives. We assist all physically challenged persons regardless of their physical disability, age, sex, race, or religion. We believe it is our social, ethical, and moral responsibility to assist all elderly, veterans, and all physically challenged individuals in our local communities. We unite and educate our communities in order to accomplish and fulfill this community-based principle.
