One Accord Food Pantry, Inc.
Mission:
Founded in 1989, OAFPI started by providing food for a small handful of families in need. Within a few years the number had grown to 6,000 families. We saw an equally compelling need for teaching new ways of increasing family farm income and began educational programming in horticulture, market gardening, maple syrup production, beekeeping, red raspberry production, aquaculture and most recently, aquaponics and green energy.
