The mission of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) is to provide, in partnership with the Navy and Marine Corps, financial, educational, and other assistance to members of the Naval Service of the United States, eligible family members, and survivors when in need; and to receive and manage funds to administer these programs.

I have been volunteering for NMCRS for five years now and have loved every minute of it. The other volunteers who work here tirelessly give their time and efforts to help sailors in need and I have built a family working alongside them in every station we have been a part of. NMCRS is a great resource for emergency financial help for marines and sailors. They rely heavily on volunteers to provide all services.
