As a spouse of one serving in Afghanistan, I must express my heartfelt thanks to Move America Forward. Their Care Packages not only supply those serving in foreign countries with much needed items that otherwise would be unavailable, they also provide an uplifting boost of the spirit--like a child opening the first gift on Christmas morning. The packages also give assurance that the folks back home still honor their service to God and country.

A truly great organization supporting our troops. it is even more important as the war in Iraq is pretty well over and Afghanistan is winding down. Move America Forward and the Salem radio Network has kept the sacrifice of our soldiers front and center.

It is so rewarding to assist such a wonderful non profit organization that helps and remembers our troops and their personal sacrifices all year long. It is a proficient & caring association & well deserved by the men & women it serves. Thank you

My place of employment ran an event to encourage people to write letters to our active duty service members. I delivered the letters to the Move America Forward office to ensure they would get to the soldiers and received a tour of the offices and more information on how they collect items and ship them. This is a great organization run by people who are passionate about what they do. I know it costs somewhere around $14 to ship each care package, and while I wish I could do more I am grateful to chip in enough for at least one. Keep up the good work!

I try to give to Move America Forward every year. The job they do to honor those who are willing to give all to ensure our safety is outstanding! May God bless those who are in harms way!

As a deployed soldier i am very grearful for receiving any type of care package. Wether is a letter, or anything. It warms my heart and bring tears to me to think that there are people out there that still care about the soldiers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We have supported them for several years and have had wonderful feedback from the troops who received the care packages.

Thank you very much for your services as they are greatly appreciated and valued for. We have troops all over the AOR that look forward to the carepackages your provide. Please continue to support the active duty and reserve forces that work hard during these times of struggle, especially during the holiday times away from our loved ones.

This is my first interaction with this program and I think it is a great idea. While I never have served in the military I have friends and relatives who have and I understand the great sacrafices they and their families have to make. When I think of the many activities, chances and oppurtuniteis my family and I have and enjoy, it makes me appreciate what these folks have done. So a program such as this is the least we can do.

I am so grateful for the work of Move America Forward on behalf of our great military who sacrifice so very much for our country. In thepast, I have tried to send care packages to people I know who were serving our country. Now at 79 years old I can't do it anymore and presently don't know anyone personally and have felt guilty about not knowing who to send to. Move America Forward sends packages to them and I am able to donate to sponsor a care package since I can no longer do the baking and shopping it requires. I know how much it means to the troops because I have gotten thank yous and pictures from the troops that I have sent to. They appreciate hearing from Americans they don't know as well. I sent to boys from church, the son of my grandsons teacher, my nieces husband, some of the children who were in my nursery school class who grew up and joined the military.
