Mission: A community mental health center that provides mental health, alcohol and drug services to west tennessee. We also provide prevention and educational training. We also provide low income housing, primarily for homeless. We provide pharmacy services, outpatient treatment. Most client have medicare or medicaid and have low income.
Programs: Clinical treatment service. We provide outpatient mental health, alcohol and drug treatment at our six offices and case management mental health services in the community. As a part of this treatment, we have pharmacies at four of our officies and provide medication for our clients treatment. We provide case management services for our higher risk clients which include home visits. Most of our clients are low income clients who have medicaid, medicare or no insurance. We delivered around 95496 services and had 4447 admissions for the year, serving 6,610 unique clients.
school and community services. We provided the project basic, a mental health wellness program, in some of the local school systems. We also provided an alcohol and drug prevention program in some school systems. We also provided other community educational functions. We operate two anti-drug programs in the community.
mental health housing services. We provided approx. 20,000 night stays consisting of group homes and independent living houses for our high risk mental health clients, some of whom would be homeless without our assistance. In addition we provided $20000 in other housing assistance which assisted high risk clients in living in the community.
mental health peer support centers: we provided two peer support centers which are operated by mental health consumers.
