Access-ri is a statewide program designed to serve vulnerable homeless adults living with mental illness and/or substance abuse through street outreach, intensive case management, psychiatric services, soar expedited ssi/ssdi application support, a walk-in center, emergency shelter services and transition to mainstream medical care, housing, legal assistance, and other long term recovery supports.
technical assistance and administrative services is a program that provides technical assistance, management support, and federal grant implementation for rhode island department of behavioral health including data collection and reporting, coordination and planning, disaster preparedness and response, public education, outreach, advocacy and community forums on mental health and mental illness.
