Mission: Masjid Muhammad is committed to establishing a balanced community life in the broadest sense, witnessing to the eternal wisdom of the words of God and the life exemplified by Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him). We strive to cultivate the patterned growth of human excellence and good character through building valuable relationships with God conscious people. Masjid Muhammad provides religious services, educational and charitable services.
Programs: Masjid Muhammad is responsible for the operation and support of Clara Muhammad School (pre-kindergarten - 8th grade), which is a religious-based educational institute that is available to all children regardless of race, religion or national origin. The following programs are conducted at Masjid Muhammad: Islamic development, burial & wedding ceremonies, leadership training, Boy & Cub Scouts, public cable and television broadcasts, and active participation in the Washington DC Metropolitan Interfaith Coalition.
