Professional with expertise in this field
I've been a long time listener and concert attendee to Los Cenzontles. This is one of the best grassroots community music groups I know. They teach kids about Mexican roots and fusion music through their San Pablo Calif storefront. They've won lots of awards and publish lots of great CD's with leaders in the field like Los Lobos, Taj Mahal and Ry Cooder. Their work is inspiring a generation of kids to appreciate their heritage and share the wealth of their culture with others in their community and beyond.
