I had the opportunity to assist the Lighthouse this year prepare grocery bags for Thanksgiving for the less fortunate in our community, and wow it went wonderfully. We packed 1000 bags in five hours and their team was just great. The Lighthouse had all the food, bags and help in place and the whole operation went very smoothly. This is a homeless shelter but they ran this food outreach as good as any food bank I have ever seen. I was made aware of this outreach by way of Facebook and I brought along my friend from another ministry and we were both very impressed. Good Job Lighthouse and Staff!!
