We are responsible for establishing clinical & operational protocols, enforcing state-approved protocols among EMS personnel & licensed agencies, performing system-wide quality improvement activities, conducting education & training programs targeting EMS personnel, & overseeing & directing the medical response to disasters & major incidents.
