I have worked with Junior Achievement for many years and cannot say enough about the dedication of our staff. They are selfless and consistently give all they have for our JA kids!!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

hearing from the students, teachers and volunteers.

The students were always so happy to see me come into their classroom, just like we were told in the training session at the Junior Achievement office. The class kit included all the materials for the children and they learned a lot from the 5 day experience. We all learned about the economics of life.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

many Elementary and Middle Schools students, when the "lightbulb" goes off and they understand the ideas of Entrepreneurship and Economics.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would expand it to High Schools in the area.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

It is easy to get the students to interact with the JA materials and program.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

helpful with positive attitudes.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

reach more students and that is the best thing!

Ways to make it better...

Having volunteered for JANLA for 7 years, each classroom is new, but doing it more than once helps you get the presentation to a comfort level.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Finding the funding to reach more students in the community.

One thing I'd also say is that...

JA Alums are everywhere because this organization has been around a long, long time.
