Target demographics: no, very low and low income families and individuals in the east end of Los Angeles County and west end of San Bernardino County, CA
Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: work in the food warehouse preparing food packets for no, very low and low income children and their families
Mission:
to ensure empowerment of people in need by providing food, shelter and supportive services
Results:
we have been able to provide services to an increased number of people (from 2,700 monthly to 5,200 monthly) these past two years. we have not had to turn anyone away for lack of food.

This organization helps people down on their luck! They help over 75,000 people a year with the help of just a few paid staff and more then 200 volunteers.
