Mission:
THE WALL, founded in 1990,derived its name from two sources 1) Nehemiah, The Reformer who rallied the citizens of Jerusalem to build "THE WALL" to protect their families from attack 2) Graffiti transforming the ordinary or dilapidated into a work of art through positive expression. Thus, our mission to provide a safe, substance-free, positive environment where physical, emotional & spiritual needs of youth & families are met.
