Over the years, all monies that have been raised for the Building Fund are still locked in place as we await the means to financially run a larger shelter. Other monies, not designated for the Building Fund, have been used to spay and neuter several thousand animals as well as provide needed medical care and surgery to animals in the community.
We are blessed to operate a small rescue shelter out of PetSmart in Fairless Hills, PA. where volunteers care for rescued cats. Each animal that is taken into the facility is tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia, updated with vaccinations, and spayed or neutered when age appropriate. All of these veterinary services are paid for through donations. Yes, we are frustrated too that an actual shelter always seems out of our reach; however, we, as volunteers, continue working with what we have and managing our resources wisely. We are very thankful for the number of animals that we are able to rescue and place in loving homes.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I got involved in this organization three years ago, on a hot summer day, when I found a box of kittens in a shopping cart at PetSmart, in Fairless Hills. I had no clue what do so I walked back into PetSmart and the volunteer on duty said she would take the young kittens home and nurse them to health.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Find volunteers who are educated in such fields as: 1. Grant Writing 2. Marketing

Where is the shelter you have been promising for over 15 years? This group had collected hundrens of thousands of dollars and made alot of false promisses

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

nothing

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

build a no kill shelter as promissed

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

nothing

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

on vacation

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

do nothing.

Ways to make it better...

they wouls have followed through with their promise of building Bucks County's first no kill shelter. Where is the money?

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

following through

One thing I'd also say is that...

How can people trust?

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every six months

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

1998-7-01
