Geographic areas served: FCA has a Local, Statewide and National reach. Information and consultation is provided to family caregivers, policy makers, health and service providers, the media, program developers and funders. An array of community based services is provided to residents of the SF Bay Area.

FCA also oversees Link2Care, an Internet support and information system for clients of California's system of Caregiver Resource Centers and operates the Bay Area Caregiver Resource Center in the six-county San Francisco Bay Area. In that capacity, FCA staff social workers work closely with families caring for ill or elderly loved ones. We manage caregiving workshops, respite retreats and publish caregiving related newsletters for public education.

Collaboration: We form partnerships with other organizations and agencies to further our mutual aims.

Efficiency: We seek to use our resources to the fullest, waste nothing and stand ready to account for what we do.
