Mission:
Since 1965, DNA has been a not for profit, Visiting Nurse Association, Medicare certified home health agency. In addition to medically necessary home care, DNA provides community wellness services such as flu clinics and home maker services to frail elders and disabled individuals. DNA made over 10,000 home care visits in FY 2000 to 141 individual patients.
