Programs: The cqrc's primary activities are to promote quality home respiratory therapy care and adequate reimbursement for these services in the medicare program. In the past year, it has grown to include direct lobbying, outreach to the centers for medicare and medicaid services (cms), and the white house. These efforts require legal, political, and advocacy resources, as well as analysis of government and private sector data.
