Family services includes family support and respite services. Family support services help families keep their child or adult family member in the home; services include problem solving, linkages to other services and agencies and home modifications and adaptations. Respite services provide trained support workers who become friends and companions while they help people to develop skills and participate in community activities. When i first open my door to the public to help the communtiy, you must be doing this from your heart. I never really advertise, you must come out and meet people and talk with them, let them know what kind of service you will be providing in the community. Make up in your mind this is caring and sharing and free services, Describe in flyer what type of free service they can come to me for, support. Let them know we are here to communicate with them we are volunteers, We also network with other originzations that do same work as well. Some of our work, parenting skills,Tuancy Case-Manager,from Youth Services, Community activities with give aways every year, we have several work shops, Coats and Hats Drive, Faith-Base & Police Dept.

When i open two children care services org, nonprofit in the community, working with younger children to adults. then i was doing home visit with senoir citizens giving out food care packages, as one some of our volunteers to check on them, make check up calls, giving th em healthy living skills and help them to develop a nurturing relationship with the communities.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Invite more mixed races in our social programs we need more mix races because they teach us how to speak there languares, and we can teach them ours. Share our wealth of inforamtion to the community & families and to address the State of health and walfare and safety of all origins and races. Encourage more families to come out in area of, 19104, 19131, 19139, 19151, 19143,
