C.H.O.I.C.E. Inc. provides youths and families in the District of Columbia with crisis intervention services, out-of school suspension, after care tutoring and parent in participation support. This will enable them to become more accountable, productive, and respectful youth/parents, which will make the community a safer place for all citizens.
C.H.O.I.C.E. Inc. is an Alternative Daytime Academic Support and Enrichment Program that includes after school programs, parental assistance programs, and summer programs. We will provide daytime supervision in an educational environment for suspended youth to continue their schoolwork, monitor their attendance, assistance with behavior, along with homework assistance, tutoring and mentioning. We service all youth including those that are at risk of entering/returning to the Juvenile Justice System. C.H.O.I.C.E. seeks to assist but not limited to help the youth with peer pressure, drugs/alcohol, youth/parental employment, teen pregnancy, summer employment, one-on-one mentioning, group rap sessions, family conference, holistic spiritual counseling, along with educational / recreational activities.
