The organization's primary exempt purpose is to assist california state university, dominguez hills in various activities including 1) developing and administering research and educational grants and contracts, 2) conducting bookstore, food service and vending machine operations on the campus, 3) accumulating and managing endowment and student scholarship funds, and 4) administering various educational-related functions, special programs and other activities.
The foundation provides fiscal services for grants and contracts. These grants and contracts which are received from outside sources including the united states government, the state of california agencies as well as from private foundations, fund various projects. These projects include funding research in numerous areas as well as providing training and support for students studying to become teachers, social workers, and other professionals. Other grants encourage and work with first generation, under represented students to attend college as well as provide support in obtaining their baccalaureate and post baccalaureate degrees.
the foundation provides all food, catering and vending services on campus for the convenience of the students, faculty and staff. The foundation also contracts with an outside vendor to operate the bookstore on campus which ensures that students have convenient and easy access for all of their textbook needs.
the foundation accumulates and manages endowment and student scholarship funds. The earnings generated from the endowment investments help fund different scholarships. The foundation also administers the funds for various other educational related functions, special programs, and other activities.

Re: Letter of Hardship
I am unable to pay the stated amount on my mortgage.
This is due to my current situation. My husband has file for divorce as of March 2, 2013, as such I am responsible for ALL bills. As you already aware I had members of my family who has pass way, in addition I had loss my job during that time, I am currently working full time with Primex Clinical Lab,and I currently have a second job(Veni Express). I have these family situation happening.Yet I STILL WANT TO KEEP, AND LIVE IN MY HOME.
The property value has increase just a bit, and the payment will become a burden to me. Our current property tax has increased, and with other household expenses, I am faced with hardship, and cannot afford the present mortgage payment of $3100.00
I am appealing to Bank of America, to lower the payment and lower the interest rate, and or reduction of the total mortgage. I HAVE LOST MY HUSBAND, FAMILY MEMBERS HAS DIED SINCE TRYING TO GET OUR HOME MODIFIED.I DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE MY HOME.I WANT TO KEEP, AND LIVE IN MY HOME. My first payment of trail modification was due May 1,2015 I can't even pay that. I need help. Please contact ASAP if your foundation can assist me Phone 650-704-8317
