Mission:
The Brockton Area Private Industry Council, Inc. (BAPIC) is a non-profit agency that provides workforce development services in the Brockton Massachusetts Workforce Investment Area to assist at-risk youth and adults in acquiring education and skills that will enable them to become productive members of the labor force and attain economic self-sufficiency. While delivering a comprehensive array of education and employability services, we strive to strengthen overall personal development through extensive support services that address the needs of the individuals, families, and the community as a whole.
