the connection offers in-home care, providing personal hygene, cleaning, nursing, and other assistance as needed. Caregivers are nurses, cna's and other employees, all having passed complete background checks and random drug testing. In 2014 we began offering move managment; assisting clients wishing or needing to down-size or simplify their living environment.
connection club: a group respite program for individuals with alzheimer's, dementia, aphasia, traumatic brain injury, and their families. This carefully designed program gives cognitively impaired individuals the opportunity to socialize and participate in a program with structured activities that are enjoyable, safe, and supportive. While providing enrichment in the individual's daily life, the primary caregivers and family members are able to receive supportive help and are given relief from their care giving routine. In 2014, connection club met four days per week.
