Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: volunteer at a Beverly's Birthdays party.
Mission:
To provide birthday celebrations for homeless children living in shelters in the Pittsburgh region.
Results:
We formed Beverly's Birthdays in February of 2012 and this year we will provide birthday presents for approximately 60 children and host twelve birthday celebrations. In the year ahead we are expected to partner with seven different agencies and serve over 200 children.
