Mission: Our mission is to empower and transform the lives of young breast cancer survivors who have undergone cancer treatment and/or mastectomy. We focus on rebuilding self-image and self-esteem while creating opportunities for wellness. It is also our goal to promote public awareness and early breast cancer detection in all women.
Target demographics: We serve low-income breast cancer patients and survivors in the south Florida area. We assist patients of all ages, however, we focus on patients under the age of 45 as this population is increasingly being diagnosed.
Programs: Ride to Treatment Program Image Recovery Program Rebuilding self-image and self-esteem workshops Survivor Zumba Sessions In-home counseling

THE WORK THAT BIONIC GIRLS DO, THE COMPASSION & LOVE FOR OTHERS IS GOD SENT. BIONIC GIRS NOT ONLY GIVE SUPPORT TO BREAST CANCER PATIENTS, BUT TO CHILDERN THAT HAVE PARENTS THAT IS GOING THUR THIS. I AM SO HONORED KNOWING BIONIC GIRLS IN EVERYTHING THEY DO. THE FOUNER ANDREA NUGET IS NOT ONLY A CANCER PATIENT. SHE CARES TO HELP & DIRECT OTHERS IN THIS MATTER. MY SUPPORT WILL ALWAYS BE BIONIC GIRS. IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE OR A CHILD THAT NEED H ELP PROCESSING CANCER THE BEST BOOK TO GET & READ IS: Mommy is Still Mommy: Cancer Can’t Change That! YOU HAVE TO GET THIS BOOK , IT IS SO POWERFUL & HELPS YOUR CHILD DEAL WITH BREAST CANCER

This is a GREAT organization for people going through chemotherapy who need help with the basics. i.e. house cleaning, prescription pick-ups ect. I am so happy to work with a group that really cares!
