We have had gradual success. In the process of restructuring programs and services available to better meet the changing needs of the homeless population.

Last year, I spent about almost a full year under the service of ARW in Canton. Captains Victor and Deb are exceptional leaders and servants to the homeless and needy in the area. They are a great source of advice, readily lend a listening ear for residents problems, and are quick to offer solutions...

The captains working with the residents of the Canton ARW function at a 5 star level. This January for the second year in a row the residents of the house will volunteer to cover the homeless point in time street count for Canton. Their dedication to helping others is inspirational...
