All the Way House is a life-changing substance abuse recovery/discipleship program. Many of its graduates go on to be evangelists, pastors, soldiers, business owners and lead productive lives as well as help others overcome addiction. It is a growing organization that operates on donations and will soon own and operate a thrift store in order to aid in funding expenses for clients.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
My husband is a graduate and now the director. Due to the love and discipleship he gained at All the Way House, he has grown into an incredible man of God, a pastor and a reserve police officer.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Increase professional ministeral staff and counseling and promotional materials and awareness.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
Its eagerness to grow and expand to serve more families suffering from the effects of substance abuse.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Non-judgemental and caring
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Aid in the re-entry of non-violent offenders into society and productive lives by being able to house and counsel more former criminals/substance abusers to reduce repeat offenses. The expansion of this program could help to eliminate the drug epidemic
Ways to make it better...
All the Way House could afford more full time staff members
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
The need outweighs the resources. A safer society could result from awareness of the impact that Christian discipleship has on drug use.
One thing I'd also say is that...
You have to hear the testimonies and experience the love to understand the life-changing power that God has blessed the All the Way House with
