Programs: Early Start - Intensive therapy for infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities Mountain Therapy - Intensive therapy,education, suppor and respite for children with developmental delays and their families.Trailblazer - Therapy, socialization and independence building for children with developmental disabilities, ages 8-14, and support, respite and education for their families.I CAN Camp - Adventure camp for children, ages 8-12, with and without developmental disabilities.TEEN Camp - Adventure camp for teens with developmental disabilites.Young Adult/ Leadership Camps - Adventure and skill building camps for young adults, age 19-25, with developmental disabilities.

Mission:

  The mission of Adam’s Camp is to maximize the strengths and potential of children and young adults with special needs by bringing together dedicated families with outstanding professionals and volunteers to provide specialized therapy programs, family support and recreational camps.

Results:
We began serving children in 1986 and Adam’s Camp began with 5 families and one program. 

Now we serve over 750 children and their families each year through 9 different programs.  We utilize over 200 volunteers for all programs.

Our son attended Adams Camp this last summer. I was very nervous about how his week would go. He has went to various camps and it never failed it ended up not being a good experience. Chris attended two different weeks and both were fantastic weeks. He grew in self esteem, confidence and more ... more »

Our family was blown away by the Adam's Camp experience. We have heard about it for years, but this was our first opportunity to attend because our son has been so medically fragile. Our oldest son has Cerebral Palsy, uses a wheelchair, has a G-tube, and requires periodic suctioning for secretions... more »
