Grist has been a vital source for educating the public about issues of great impact to our world and its wildlife and human populations. It routinely brings issues to our attention that often are not addressed in the typical media outlet such as radio, internet and TV and if so is given only a cursory mention with no details or discussion - which is what is needed. Grist is an excellent investigative resource and I will continue to recommend and utilize this organization for up to date and critical review and explaination of serious issues that our country must address. I thank them for their relentless search for the truth as well as their campaigns to urge readers to get involved in resolution of issues facing our great country.

Grist has a wealth of information regarding health and environmental issues which is cutting edge and timely. I have been reading their website daily for as long as I can remember. Also, I have referred many friends and family who also discuss the issues addressed on this site. It saves time and is accurate. I look forward to their e-mails and read them thoroughly.

Located new material providers; connected with new ideas for solutions - on a personal level I have become active in the organic movement - I now raise much of my own produce which I share with the local food banks, friends and neighbors while encouraging others to start growing their own gardens. I encourage others to stop dousing their yards with detrimental chemicals as well.

Wish they had a more secure source of money. Meanwhile they do an excellent job with what sources they have.
