Horses have always been my passion. They are my escape. We obtained an off the track thoroughbred and I experienced what a wonderful, hardworking breed they are and all I can say is they have Heart. I became a member of the board of Hidden Acres Rescue for Thoroughbreds (HART) because I love this breed and see such value and honor in taking these retired horses and training them for new careers and finding them homes where they can continue to show how much heart they have. HART is such and important organization in expanding the human animal bond.
